Create NFOs with one click!

1) You'll need to download and install Gspot. Gspot can be downloaded here:

2) Open 'Notepad' and copy and paste the following quote into it. Save it as 'template.txt' (you can save it anywhere)

3. Open Gspot

4. Options>Export (you should now see an image similar to the one below)

5. Adjust the settings exactly as shown in the picture above except for the green circled area. That setting should be where you just saved the template.txt. Click "Save as default" and "OK"

6. Close Gspot

7. Browse to the file that you would like to make an NFO. Right click>open with>Gspot. In my case, I right clicked and opened "Eraserhead.

8. A text document will automatically appear in the same directory. See below.

9. Open the text document with wordpad/notepad. Should look something like image below.

10. GSpot is now set up and will do this automatically anytime you right click and open a file with gspot!

After notes:

a) Unfortunately, "file size" seems to be restricted to bytes rather than MBs so you may want to change this manually yourself.

b) If you wish, you can customise the 'template.txt' to generate the outputs you desire. You can obtain the code from GSpot (see picture one) under "Field Desigations" - File and Container - Video - Audio
